About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Leader to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our local marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  2. Own the marketing budget across all marketing channels.
  3. Lead the local marketing team responsible for customer acquisition in Brazil.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and marketing partners.
  5. Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to execute campaigns and marketing tasks for the Brazilian market.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing manager or similar role.
  2. Experience working with Advertising, Media & PR agencies.
  3. Experience managing larger sponsorship deals and contracts.
  4. First-class communication skills and fluency in Portuguese and English.
  5. Results-oriented with strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
