Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on managing a part of our sales team in Brazil, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Force Management: Lead a part of our sales team in Brazil, driving revenue growth through individual impact and scaling the organization to meet our targets.
- Largest Deals Management: Get hands-on involved in the largest, most strategic deals, managing executive relationships and helping the team close these deals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with counterparts in Account Management, Marketing, and Product to achieve our mission in the region.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A senior leadership position with extensive experience working in an Enterprise B2B context, preferably in Brazil.
- A proven track record of driving sales growth and scaling organizations.
- Experience in maintaining senior executive relationships at large Enterprise prospects.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, setting goals, and driving success in the organization.
- A pragmatic approach to work, high energy, and a creative mindset about dealmaking.

The estimated annual salary for this role is R$ 170,000 - R$ 200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
