Job Summary

We are seeking a Spanish and Portuguese-speaking Education Sales Representative to be based in Brazil and drive our sales efforts for our Australia Study Tours in the Latam markets. This is a remote role, working closely with our Sydney-based office and global team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with and identify new agents and school partners in key markets, such as Brazil, Colombia, and Chile.
  • Build brand and expand Blue Sky Education's reach and network of clients in these markets.
  • Attend Study Tours conferences and fairs to connect with potential customers.
  • Manage relationships with relevant institutions, including Study New South Sales and Investment New South Wales, identifying collaboration opportunities and tapping into local networks of these organizations to promote our Study Tours.
  • Receive programme inquiries from potential customers (education agents/high schools) and follow the sales process to create a sales proposal.
  • Submit sales proposals, gather client feedback, and adjust proposals and quotes to suit the client's needs.
  • Maintain regular and personalized communication with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and influence their decisions.
  • Support the marketing manager to create and develop point-of-sale marketing materials specific to Latam markets.
  • Approach new clients using a variety of communication channels (emails, phone calls, LinkedIn) to inquire about their interests and set up meetings.
  • Visit agents and schools at their offices to introduce our Study Tours.
  • Follow up diligently with clients to ensure Blue Sky Education is chosen as a partner for their student study tours to Australia.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns specific to Latam markets.
Requirements
  • Spanish/Portuguese speaking
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales (educational sales preferred but not a must)
  • Warm and energetic personality and confidence in approaching and building relationships with clients
  • Full working rights in Brazil with strong knowledge of the Latam education market
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Extroverted personality, with a willingness and capacity to extend themselves and embrace new challenges
  • Ability to build rapport and deepen relationships with clients
  • Enjoy selling educational products
  • Computer literate and proven competence in administration
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solution-focused
  • Effective communicator
  • Approaches work with a flexible 'can-do' attitude
  • Self-motivated and ability to work remotely with overseas teams
  • Working knowledge of the Hubspot CRM system is advantageous
