About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Digital Marketing team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a global customer relationship with iconic brands, motivating others, and ensuring a healthy and ongoing client relationship on behalf of TTEC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finding and closing digital media opportunities for small and medium businesses
  • Providing customers with product information and selling new products by analyzing each customer's needs and designing campaigns based on their marketing objectives and best practices
  • Direct calling customers (80 to 100 calls per day) and optimizing, supporting, and maintaining customer portfolio campaigns
  • Acting strongly in benefiting CRM, seeking contacts, and identifying customer decision makers
Requirements
  • College education in progress or completed
  • Experience with consultative telephone sales in a customer-focused environment
  • Experience in online marketing and reaching telephone sales goals (preferred)
  • Sales profile with energy, proactivity, dynamism, and sales argumentation

Compensation

BRL $ 3, Commission + Transportation Voucher + Meal Voucher or Food Voucher
