Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Fornecer suporte N1 para os colaboradores;
  • Provisionar equipamentos necessários (hardware e periféricos) para os colaboradores;
  • Gerenciar o portfólio de TI e Software relacionado a risco, controle de custo, otimização de custo, governança, compliance e performance;
  • Desenvolver e manter políticas, papéis e processos da empresa relacionados a Software e Licenças, bem como, melhorar e manter o entendimento de gerenciamento de licenças de toda a empresa;
  • Fornecer suporte geral de todas as áreas do escritório;
  • Ser responsável pela telecomunicação da empresa, incluindo telefones celulares;
  • Gerenciar o controle de estoque e manutenção de equipamento;
  • Garantir suporte aos servidores, discos, Local Area Network (LAN) e Wide Area Network (WAN) e backups;
  • Fornecer treinamento em software e/ou hardware conforme as necessidades;
  • Garantir que toda a manutenção de TI seja realizada.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia de Sistemas, Infraestrutura de TI ou cursos correlacionados;
  • Experiência de, ao menos, 5 anos em departamentos de TI;
  • Experiência em infraestrutura de TI;
  • Conhecimento em Redes: Ethernet, LAN e WAN
  • Comunicação efetiva;
  • Negociação;
  • Habilidades de pensamento crítico;
  • Orientação para resultados;
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Conhecimentos em Ambientes virtualizados e Cloud são diferenciais
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo
  • SP e Santos
  • SP (modelo híbrido)
