Why is this role crucial for Pogust Goodhead?
Pogust Goodhead is seeking a dynamic and motivated Comms & Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The Comms & Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing and Comms team in Brazil and in the UK to support the firm's marketing and business development efforts, with a particular focus on social media management.

This is a full-time position that requires creativity, a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

What you'll bring to Pogust Goodhead

Requirements:

  • Manage the Brazil social media accounts and develop engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the legal industry.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report social media campaigns results and be proactive in suggesting improvements
  • Assist with other marketing and business development projects, as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in marketing or business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluent/Advanced in English
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus
