Coordenador de Contratos
- RESUMO
- Coordenar e controlar as atividades da unidade logística sob sua responsabilidade, objetivando atingir os níveis de serviço e controle de gastos conforme a base de custos e qualidade dos serviços.
- PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Coordenar e controlar as atividades das unidades logísticas sob sua responsabilidade, reunindo, diariamente com os chefes de unidade, verificando e analisando relatórios e gráficos para o acompanhamento, controle e cumprimento das metas de produção e níveis de serviço;
- Analisar, juntamente com o Gerente de Contrato, os níveis de serviço de sua divisão verificando os dados, a fim de alcançar os resultados esperados e se necessário reavaliar as atividades e/ou tomar decisões para a correção de irregularidades;
- Coordenar a realização do inventário de sua área, através de planilhas, controles gráficos e sistemas contábeis, a fim de garantir a veracidade dos saldos dos almoxarifados, a adequação do estoque em relação à produção e o balanço contábil do cliente;
- Controlar e registrar a produção diária, efetuando o fechamento mensal, para a elaboração do faturamento e contabilização do mês;
- Realizar, juntamente com o CEIL, estudos e projetos, analisando fluxos internos dos processos, levantando e analisando projetos de novas atividades, objetivando a expansão dos negócios e maximização dos resultados;
- Acompanhar os serviços prestados por fornecedores e clientes internos, avaliando a qualidade dos serviços bem como o planejamento de ações futuras e correção de falhas;
- Acompanhar a equipe, supervisionando e coordenando na distribuição das atividades e resultados atingidos e na avaliação de performance; 8 Assegurar o cumprimento dos níveis de serviços estabelecidos em contrato;
- Executar outras atividades inerentes e correlatas ao cargo.
Requisitos:
- Ensino Superior Completo;
- Pacote Office Intermediário;
- Disponibilidade total de horário e finais de semana;
- Estar na posição atual há no mínimo 01 ano na CEVA;
- Possuir cargo igual ou um nível inferior ao anunciado nessa vaga;
- Conhecimento das Normas de Segurança do Trabalho;
- Boa comunicação (verbal e escrita);
- Visão estratégica, determinação, persistência, flexibilidade, foco em resultados, resistência à pressão e resiliência.
- Raciocínio lógico, senso de urgência, comunicação assertiva, tomada de decisão, negociação e relacionamento com demais áreas de staff.
