CX Business Analyst Global to our
Customer Experience team in
São Paulo, Brazil
Based in São Paulo but with a global footprint, the Business Analyst will support both the Global Social Media CX operation as the US CX operation.
This role is responsible for pulling out data, extracting insights, providing learnings and creating reports that help not only our CX operations but all internal stakeholders take action based on voice of customer.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Create reports and provide insights and learnings to all stakeholders;
- Diagnose, analyze, and interpret trends in complex data sets;
- Create and maintain dashboards to track customer activity and support team productivity;
- Identify specific business and process improvement opportunities;
- Assist with project management for selected projects;
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes;
- Test business processes and recommend improvements;
- Query data and create userspecific data reports;
- Filter and clean data by reviewing reports to locate and correct issues;
- Collaborate cross functionally to prioritize business needs and complete ad hoc analysis projects;
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve new processes.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Fluent in English;
- Previous relevant experience with dashboards, reports and data analysis;
- Advanced Excel knowledge;
- MySQL knowledge with desire to improve proficiency;
- Familiar with Social Media analytics tools, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and others;
- Selfdriven with a goaloriented attitude (Handson Approach);
- Have crossorg, holistic vision;
- Is aware of external events and how they impact our business and operations;
- Adaptable and capable of working in fastpaced environments;
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving abilities;
- Good communications and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage and handle data confidentially;
