Descrição da Vaga :
Buscamos um Analista de Suporte em Nuvem entusiasmado e com sólida experiência técnica para se juntar à nossa equipe.
O candidato ideal será responsável por fornecer suporte técnico de alto nível aos nossos clientes, garantindo a resolução eficaz de problemas e a otimização de seus ambientes de nuvem.
Este papel é essencial para a manutenção da satisfação do cliente e para o sucesso contínuo de nossos projetos. Atividades Gerenciamento e suporte a ambientes de computação em nuvem AWS dos clientes Implementação e configuração de novos serviços AWS Investigação de problemas e propor soluções de correção Reuniões técnicas de trabalho internas e com clientes Implementação e Gerenciamento básico de Bancos de Dados (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL); Manter e aprimorar o sistema automático de respostas a incidentes Implementar soluções de monitoramento de ambientes Gerenciamento e suporte de solução de backup em nuvem e AWS Backup Desenvolver documentação de entrega de projetos Abertura e tratativas de chamados técnicos (abertura, tratativa e fechamento)
Investigação de logs de erro de execução de códigos em PHP, Java, Javascript, Go, Ruby, etc para identificar causa raíz e orientar o desenvolvedor.
Vivência Imprescindível conhecimento profundo em AWS (Compute, Storage, Rede, Containers) Ter trabalhado em ambiente com múltiplos clientes de tecnologia Conhecimento em Zabbix, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus, AWS Cloudwatch.
Conhecimento Avançado em Linux/Windows Server Conhecimento avançado em Apache, Nginx, IIS. Conhecimentos em MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, MSSQL Server.Conhecimentos em Avançado de Rede TCP/IP, UDP, Firewalls, cabeçalhos HTTP, Load Balancers, DNS, roteamento, Network ACLs, portas e protocolos e troubleshooting.
Conhecimentos em Shell/Bash Script Conhecimento avançado em Docker e Kubernetes. Entendimento de git (branched, pull, push)- Github, Bitbucket, CodeCommit Conhecimento em segurança como AWS IAM (Policy, Roles, Access Keys, Cross-Account), CloudTrail, MFA, AWS Guard Duty, boas práticas de segurança AWS, WAF (Web Application Firewall), Emissão e configuração de certificados SSL e firewalls.
