Procuramos um Analista de Suporte em Nuvem apaixonado por tecnologia e com vasta experiência em AWS para integrar nossa equipe. O candidato ideal terá a responsabilidade de fornecer suporte técnico especializado, garantindo a resolução eficiente de problemas e a otimização dos ambientes de nuvem de nossos clientes. Este papel é crucial para manter a satisfação dos clientes e assegurar o sucesso contínuo de nossos projetos em consultoria AWS.

Atividades

  • Gerenciar e suportar ambientes de computação em nuvem AWS dos clientes, assegurando alta disponibilidade e desempenho.
  • Implementar e configurar novos serviços AWS para atender às necessidades específicas dos clientes.
  • Investigar problemas técnicos, propondo e implementando soluções eficazes.
  • Conduzir reuniões técnicas com a equipe interna e clientes para alinhar expectativas e soluções.
  • Implementar e gerenciar bancos de dados (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) conforme necessário.
  • Manter e aprimorar sistemas automáticos de resposta a incidentes, garantindo prontidão e eficiência.
  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções de monitoramento para ambientes AWS, utilizando ferramentas como Zabbix, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus e AWS CloudWatch.
  • Gerenciar soluções de backup em nuvem, incluindo AWS Backup, para garantir a segurança dos dados.
  • Criar e manter documentação detalhada de projetos e processos.
  • Abrir, tratar e fechar chamados técnicos com eficiência.
  • Analisar logs de erro de códigos em linguagens como PHP, Java, JavaScript, Go e Ruby, orientando desenvolvedores na resolução de problemas.

Vivência

  • Profundo conhecimento em AWS, incluindo Compute, Storage, Networking e Containers.
  • Experiência em trabalhar com múltiplos clientes de tecnologia, oferecendo suporte e soluções personalizadas.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento como Zabbix, Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus e AWS CloudWatch.
  • Forte conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Linux e Windows Server.
  • Experiência avançada com servidores web como Apache, Nginx e IIS.
  • Conhecimentos sólidos em bancos de dados (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, MSSQL Server).
  • Conhecimentos avançados em rede (TCP/IP, UDP, Firewalls, cabeçalhos HTTP, Load Balancers, DNS, roteamento, Network ACLs, portas e protocolos) e troubleshooting.
  • Proficiência em scripting (Shell/Bash).
  • Experiência avançada com Docker e Kubernetes.
  • Compreensão do uso de sistemas de controle de versão (Git) - Github, Bitbucket, CodeCommit.
  • Conhecimento em segurança de AWS, incluindo AWS IAM, CloudTrail, MFA, AWS Guard Duty, práticas recomendadas de segurança AWS, WAF, emissão e configuração de certificados SSL e firewalls.

  • Profundo conhecimento em suporte, gestão de infraestrutura de TI e ambientes AWS.
  • Certificação AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (obrigatória).
