The ECM - Plataform IT Application Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Enterprise Content Management Systems, ensuring seamless operations and efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Configuration and Support
    • Configure and maintain ECM systems, platforms, and environments to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
    • Support IT platforms, including cloud and containers, to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
  • Product Life Cycle Management
    • Participate in testing, change management, release management, and support models, including CICD deployment and Infrastructure as a Code.
    • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Software Maintenance and Support
    • Participate in software maintenance, including installation, patching, upgrades, and versioning.
    • Assist with scheduling, automation, and orchestration solutions.
    • Support document management and archiving solutions.
