Technical Specialist III Descrição do cargo - Technical Specialist Senior deverá executar tarefas de desenvolvimento personalizado (incluindo integração com sistemas e dispositivos) e fornecer suporte para as ferramentas de implementação técnica dos aplicativos de saúde da InterSystems e produtos relacionados de forma bem-sucedida, padrão e oportuna.

O Technical Specialist Senior será responsável por atividades de configuração técnica específicas do ambiente, como integrações, migração de dados, geração de relatórios e extração de dados, cubos analíticos, atualizações de banco de dados, configuração de ambiente, gerenciamento de upgrades e lançamentos para garantir que a solução atenda às especificações do projeto e seja entregue e implementada de acordo com os requisitos do projeto.

Technical Specialist Senior deve estar disponível para visitar as instalações do cliente (por exemplo, hospitais/laboratórios). O Technical Specialist Senior deve ter um bom conhecimento do InterSystems HealthShare Suite e excelente experiência em implementação.

Habilidades e experiência Necessárias:

  • Demonstrar excelente capacidade e facilidade com desenvolvimento de software, programação e/ou aplicativos; gostar de trabalhar com e analisar dados complexos e desenvolver soluções de software.
  • Demonstrar excelente capacidade de resolver problemas difíceis; desenvolver soluções criativas; capacidade de identificar questões/problemas importantes por meio de análises e perguntas; atacar os problemas sistematicamente; enxergar relacionamentos não óbvios.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e experiência na condução de treinamentos, workshops e/ou apresentações para clientes.
  • Conhecimento de linguagens voltadas para a Web, incluindo HTML e JavaScript.
  • Experiência avançada com SQL, análise de dados e metodologias de banco de dados.
  • Capacidade de projetar e redigir documentos técnicos.
  • Excelente conhecimento em arquiteturas em nuvem e on premise
  • Experiência em interação com foco no cliente.
  • Capacidade comprovada de liderar e fornecer resultados conforme necessário dentro de prazos específicos.
  • Boas habilidades de apresentação e comunicação.
  • Capacidade de conduzir treinamentos e desenvolver materiais de treinamento.
  • Excelente conhecimento técnico e/ou funcional do InterSystems HealthShare Suite.
- +10 anos de experiência em projetos de implementação do InterSystems HealthShare

  • Nível de inglês avançado.

Desejável:

  • Certificações HL7 V2 e V
  • Certificações HL7 FHIR
  • Outros idiomas: Português, Espanhol
  • Experiência em consultoria
  • Experiência internacional
