_ Responsibilities:
_


  • Technical Sales Specialist you will have to take a leadership role as the technical sales specialist driving Vmware Data Center Solutions_
  • Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer in the countries in South America adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Lenovo. _
  • Prepare product demonstrations and create proof of Concept at any level depending on customer requirements of both Brands and Mentoring in Lenovo to make them more effective in selling solutions will be part of your job._

_ Accountabilities and Performance Measures._
- _ Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base._
- _ Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards._
- _ Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame._
- _ Develop entire certification & Training Paths for resellers and business partners depending on each product platform launch, within the assigned time frame._
- _ Achieves assigned productivity and profitability._
- _ Maintains deal through-put in early deal-sales process steps._

Preferred:
_**- _ Experience working within a datacenter_
- _ Excellent communications and interpersonal skills._
- _ Strong Knowledges in Hyperconvergence, vDI and_
- _ Experience with VMware Cloud platform and automation solutions including but not limited to: Cloud Director, vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Automation_
- _ Infrastructure architecture design, implementing or operating experience at Service Provider, Hosting or Telecommunication companies is a definite plus_
- _ VMware and other technical certifications including but not limited to: VCP, Cloud Provider Specialist is also a plus_
- _ Strong written and verbal communication skill_
