Roles & Responsibilities- Must keep all the company's documentation (manuals, procedures, instructions, tables, etc.)up to date, modifying it as necessary, creating or checking its content, training/providing training and controlling it using the master list of documents, as well as recording compliance with the defined methods in audits, with a view to standardization, evidence of compliance with the requirements of NBR ISO 9001:2015 and process compliance.- When necessary, planning, carrying out and monitoring the performance and verification of audits (QMS, process, product, suppliers) and/or in the case of audits carried out by other auditors, checking compliance with the requirements and creating an action plan when there is no compliance.- Organizing and following up on external and customer audits to provide evidence of the requirements audited, with a view to meeting the items checked and ensuring compliance with the quality management system in accordance with NBR ISO 9001:201- Checking compliance with requirements/items in self-assessments sent in by clients or potential clients, in order to start new business or seek compliance with requirements already demanded and also opportunities for improvement to the quality management system.- Analyzing customer complaints using methodologies (8D-8 disciplines) and in accordance with procedures.

Analyzing problems arising from customer complaints, non-conformities in audits and those identified internally, together with the areas, with a view to correcting deviations and improving processes.- Managing corrective actions with the actions generated for all areas of the company, monitoring, checking the status of actions and validating the conclusion of actions (8D, audits, minutes of meetings, client presentation) - Issuing QMS documents in accordance with specific client requirements (Quality Plan), in order to meet these needs.- Supporting the processes identified in the organization, according to the needs of managers or the needs identified by the quality system, in order to meet the requirements demanded by NBR ISO 9001:2015, specific customer requirements and improvements to the QMS.NBR ISO 9001 interpretation course required - ISO 9001 internal auditor course required - Skill in Quality tools such as 8D methodology, 5W2H, Ishikawa - Word, Excel and Power point skills - Knowledge of Power BI and share point- English intermediate- Interpersonal relations - Planning skills - Negotiation of disagreements - Creativity - Conflict management - Organization- Communication skills- To be hired, a maximum of 6 months' experience is required, for promotions and internal transfers, it is desirable to have at least 24 months' experience in the technical area and in administrative quality management or in related functions, with the knowledge acquired, for full performance of the activities and technical applications of quality control and management.

Responsabilidades da função- Deve manter atualizada toda a documentação (manuais, procedimentos, instruções, tabelas, dentre outros) da empresa, modificando em função de necessidade, criando ou verificando o seu conteúdo, treinando/providenciando o treinamento e controlando através da utilização da lista mestra de documentos, bem como registrando em auditorias o cumprimento dos métodos definidos, visando à padronização, evidências para o atendimento aos requisitos da NBR ISO 9001:2015 e conformidade dos processos.- Quando necesário, planejar, realizar e monitorar a realização e a verificação das auditorias (de SGQ, processo, produto, fornecedores) e/ou no caso de realizadas por outros auditores, conferir o cumprimento dos requisitos exigidos e criação de plano de ação quando não houver atendimento.- Organizar e acompanhar as auditorias externas e de clientes, para fornecer evidências dos requisitos auditados, visando o atendimento dos itens verificados e conformidade do sistema de gestão da qualidade conforme NBR ISO 9001:201- Verificar o cumprimento de requisitos/itens em autoavaliações enviadas por clientes ou clientes potenciais, para iniciar novos negócios ou buscar o atendimento de requisitos já exigidos e também oportunidades de melhorias para o sistema de gestão da qualidade.- Realizar análise de reclamação de cliente utilizando a metodologias (8D-8 disciplinas) e conforme procedimento.

Analisar juntamente com as áreas problemas, oriundos de reclamações de clientes, não conformidades em auditorias e identificados internamente, visando a correção dos desvios ocorridos e melhorias nos processos.- Gerir as ações corretivas com as ações geradas para todas as áreas da empresa, monitorando, verificando os status das ações e validando a conclusão das ações (8D, auditorias, ata de reuniões, apresentação de cliente).- Emitir documentos do SGQ conforme os requisitos específicos dos clientes (Plano de Qualidade), visando atender as essas necessidades.- Apoiar os processos identificados na organização, conforme necessidades dos gestores ou necessidade identificada pelo sistema da qualidade, para atendimento dos requisitos exigidos conforme NBR ISO 9001:2015, requisitos específicos dos clientes e melhorias do SGQ.
