- Participating in the planning of quality programs, inspection plans, control charts, among others, contributing with information, statistical data, studies, for the establishment and improvement of items to be controlled during the manufacturing process, determination of tests, trials and the required traceability.
- Participating in reviews of quality assurance instructions, detailing the activities mentioned in procedures and seeking out new testing methods or improvements in activities to improve Quality Assurance controls and programs.
- Monitoring physical, electrical and mechanical tests, trials and tests on materials, raw materials, finished and semifinished products or those in process, checking shapes, dimensions, resistance, among others, on low, medium and high voltage cables, ensuring the production process and compliance, in accordance with quality, safety and environmental norms, standards and procedures.
- Carrying out quality and process audits, accompanying and giving technical support to the parties, and supporting the respective adjustments, as well as presenting material for inspection with clients and inspection and development of suppliers.
- Providing support to the Engineering and Quality area in the preparation and approval of new products or adaptations, making personnel and equipment available to meet the schedule.
- Attending to and analyzing customer requests, presenting, and informing inspection plans, quality criteria, in order to remedy possible irregularities in products or customer requirements
- Analyzing project documentation, products, tests, quality records, production records and product drawings in order to prepare the databook for the client.
- Welcome PCD Person.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or Administration
- Advanced English (Communication skills)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and BI;
- Knowledge of office package

- Participar da elaboração do planejamento de programas de qualidade, planos de inspeções, cartas de controles, entre outros, contribuindo com informações, dados estatísticos, estudos, para o estabelecimento e aprimoramento dos itens a serem controlados durante o processo de fabricação, determinação de ensaios, testes e provas e a rastreabilidade exigida.
- Participar das revisões de instruções de garantia de qualidade detalhando as atividades mencionadas em procedimentos e buscar novos métodos de testes ou melhorias nas atividades que aprimorem os controles e programas de Garantia de Qualidade
- Acompanhar testes, provas e ensaios físicos, elétricos e mecânicos, em materiais, matérias primas, produtos acabados e semiacabados ou em processamento, verificando formas, dimensões, resistências, entre outros, em cabos de baixa, média e alta tensão, assegurando o processo produtivo e conformidades, de acordo com normas, padrões e procedimentos de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente
- Executar auditorias da qualidade e de processos, acompanhando e dando suporte técnico às partes, e suporte aos respectivos ajustes, bem como apresentar material para inspeção com clientes e inspeção e desenvolvimento de fornecedores.
- Dar suporte a área de Engenharia e Qualidade, na elaboração e aprovação de novos produtos ou adaptações, disponibilizando pessoal e equipamentos para atender o cronograma
- Atender e analisar solicitações de clientes, apresentando e informando planos de inspeções, critérios de qualidade, a fim de sanar possíveis irregularidades nos produtos ou exigências dos clientes
- Realizar análise da documentação do projeto, produto, testes, registros de qualidade, registro de produção e desenho do produto com objetivo de elaborar a confecção do databook ao cliente.

- Graduação em Engenharia, Gestão da Qualidade e Administração
- Inglês avançado (Capacidade de Comunicação)
- Conhecimento avançado em Microsolft excel e BI;
- Conhecimento em pacote office
- Conhecimento em gerenciamento de projetos
- Conhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade e normas técnicas

- Para contratação, o prazo requerido é de no máximo 06 meses de experiência, para promoções e transferências internas, desejável, no mínimo 24 meses de vivência na área técnica e em gestão administrativa da qualidade ou em funções correlatas, com os conhecimentos adquiridos, para pleno desempenho das atividades e aplicações técnicas de controle e gestão da qualidade
