Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and debugging of C/C++ source code to identify and fix errors, bugs, and other issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems, interpret error messages, and utilize debugging techniques to find effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements in the existing code.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to endusers, explaining technical concepts and procedures in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Translate highlevel technical definitions into practical implementation.
  • Evaluate the effort required for requested activities.
  • Support the product/system and attend to customer support tasks.
  • Develop software components, collecting information and assessing implementation viability.
  • Attend to change requests/feature enhancements and refine requirements to progress through the release management process.
  • Record metrics for monthly reporting of team performance.
  • Collaborate with other engineering functions to implement test procedures for systems and equipment.
  • Document procedures, recommendations, and create documentation as needed.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics or other with a logical and analytical background.
  • Proven experience, 5+ years, in C#/C++ programming, demonstrating a strong understanding of these languages.
  • Knowledge of C#, C++, Windows SDK, and multithreading.
  • Profound knowledge of code debugging and advanced problemsolving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and communication skills to interact effectively with the team and endusers.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) for effective team interaction.
  • Availability for travel
