We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer C# to join our team at Projeto Maior. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using C#.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and test software applications using C#, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering functions, including design, testing, and quality assurance, to ensure that software applications meet the required standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of software applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and testing procedures.
- Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure that software applications meet the required quality standards and are maintainable.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure that software applications meet the required quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in C#, C/C++, backend application development, multithreading programming, multi-tier programming, object-oriented programming, JSON, and XML.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in C# and related technologies.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and lead change and innovation.
- NoSQL Databases: Experience with NoSQL databases, including design, development, and maintenance.
- Test-Driven Development: Experience with test-driven development, including unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration.
- HTML 5 and CSS 3: Experience with HTML 5 and CSS 3, including design, development, and maintenance.
- JavaScript: Experience with JavaScript, including design, development, and maintenance.
