Dow has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Specialist, based in São Paulo (Brazil) to support customers and internal partners within Polyurethanes & North & Andean Region.

About you and this role - What you would do in this role


You will be able to provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with other functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives.

Customer Service is aligned with Integrated Supply Chain Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes the order entry process and manages the order fulfillment process for Polyurethanes customers with a high degree of complexity.
  • Supports Customers in Colombia and Mexico with supply from US or LAA, been English and Spanish main languages used.
  • Strengthens customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence.
  • Coordinates activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintains service levels according to business prioritization.
  • Differentiates between customer requirements and Dow capabilities; choose the best/cost effective solution.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required. 3 years of relevant and successful professional experience with customerfacing activities is required.
  • Advanced English & Spanish it is required.
  • Work on customers schedules and holiday calendars.

Your preferred qualifications include:

  • Clientfacing skills to facilitate meetings and calls
  • Accountability, communication, and proactivity skills.
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Understanding of Foreign trade and import/export (desirable)

  • Working hours 1019h been one week a month 1120h (Mexico Support)
