OSF Digital is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our project management team and oversee a portfolio of complex projects. The Project Director will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and customers at various levels to ensure successful project execution and delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management, financial metrics, and KPIs. The Project Director will be instrumental in driving business development activities, managing client satisfaction, and upholding the company's best practices and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, making assignments, monitoring progress, and working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Present insights to prospective clients, manage current clients, and assist the sales team with business development activities.
  • Monitor and analyze internal and external environments to evaluate the feasibility of strategies, track progress, and identify significant opportunities and risks.
  • Gain a critical understanding of clients' operations and systems and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage and direct all aspects of the project lifecycle, including contract comprehension, SOW creation, and scope achievement.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalations and conduct root cause analyses to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure that the development team is aligned with project direction and changes.
  • Lead a team of project managers, being ultimately responsible for the delivery of each account managed.
  • Oversee team staffing, vacations, and efficiency to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage portfolio KPIs, including Revenue, Account Margin, and Billable Utilization.
  • Engage in ongoing client meetings to ensure client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
  • Act as an ambassador for OSF systems and procedures, ensuring adherence to global best practices.
