O escopo de atuação abrange os principais aspectos de definição de um produto, desde o discovery, prototipação, validação com clientes, especificação do produto até visitas, junto com a área comercial, ao usuário final para implementação da solução.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Acompanhamento junto aos órgãos regulatórios e adequação das regras do PIX cash in, cash out, PIX automático, PIX agendado, PIX boleto;
- Visita a cliente/empresas, em conjunto com a área comercial, para viabilizar a implementação e adequação de Gateway de pagamentos/ecommerce;
- Fazer benchmark e estar atendo as necessidades do mercado e clientes;
- Gerir a visão do produto levando em consideração as necessidades do mercado;
- Estratégia da empresa e capacidade do time;
- Definir as metas, objetivos e marcos do produto;
- Priorizar o backlog do produto;
- Colaborar com a equipe de engenharia, design, marketing e outras áreas operacionais;
- Manter comunicação constante para garantir que o produto seja desenvolvido de acordo com as especificações e expectativas;
- Analisar o desempenho do produto incluindo a utilização dos clientes, o feedback do cliente e as métricas de negócios, para garantir que o produto esteja atendendo às necessidades dos clientes e atingindo as metas de negócios;
- Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe para iterar e melhorar o produto;
- Gerenciar expectativas e stakeholders;
Requisitos e qualificações
- Experiência na jornada de entendimento e implementação das regras regulatórias e de negócio de PIX cash in, cash out, PIX automático, PIX agendado, PIX boleto;
- Experiência em jornadas de definição, implantação e adequação de Gateway de pagamentos/ecommerce junto a clientes Pessoa Jurídica;
- Metodologias Ágeis; Processos de Product Discovery; Gestão de Backlog e priorização de demandas;
- Graduação Completa;
- Inglês Intermediário.
- Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida na Av. Paulista (3x/semana presencial);
