Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes annual and long-term objectives for direct reports, ensuring alignment with the company's global business strategy.
- Manages the execution of specific channel plans, ensuring consistency with product messaging strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Leverages marketing science research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Develops and executes integrated franchise marketing plans and budgets, with a focus on driving business results and resolving issues within the core team and franchise.
- Identifies new business opportunities and acquisition targets for the franchise, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
- Directs and supports product managers in core team activities and responsibilities, ensuring completion of product development and launch strategies.
- Collaborates with global marketing counterparts to plan and execute strategies, driving business outcomes and building cross-franchise team competence.
- Applies business acumen and industry knowledge to solve project issues and drive business objectives.
- Works closely with managers in key functional areas, including R&D, sales, reimbursement, new product forecasting, clinical, and regulatory to drive business outcomes.
- Raises and facilitates resolution to difficult personal and process conflicts or issues within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality, ensuring compliance with all regulations governing the quality systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing and business development.
- P&L management knowledge and experience.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Driver's license.
