What you'll do:

Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern - Customer Support

Location:
São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid)

Expected start date:
June, 2023

In this role, you'll:

  • Work in a global team
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with your coworkers in Customer Support
  • Assist the Customer Support team with operational tasks
  • Administrate and support internal staffing tools
  • Create and analyze staffing related reports

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Enrollment as student in a Bachelor's degree, applicable to the related field.

  • Open personality and professional communication style
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel including functions, PowerPoint)
