The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality and usage of SAP Products.


What you'll do:

Position Title:
SAP iXp Intern - Product Support HCM Payroll

Location:
São Leopoldo, RS

In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver a support service by performing a root cause analysis, troubleshooting and resolving support incidents reported by global customers
  • Analyze and report bugs to Development Support department
  • Create and share technical knowledge with colleagues and customers
  • Monitor critical support incidents
  • Ensure SLAs adherence and 24x7 support
  • Participate in local or global projects
  • Use and develop your debugging skills while troubleshooting support incidents

Who you are:

  • Programming logic skills
  • Knowledge in ERP/payroll business processes and systems would be a benefit
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Flexible approach to work as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated and proactive
