Manager – Digital Payments

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to oversee our Digital Payments Initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the analysts in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to our clients in Latin America.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Digital Payments Business Analysts.

Oversee the development and implementation of strategies to achieve P&L targets, sales goals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and analyze product requirements.

Drive the development and enhancement of user experience interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Support the implementation of digital payment features such as tokenization, instant digital issuance, transaction enrichment, account and cards controls, event management, and the issuer developer portal.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between team members and stakeholders.

Monitor and track team performance, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations for innovation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the digital payments industry, preferably as a Business Analyst.

Strong understanding of digital payment systems, technologies, and tokenization.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
