The position

By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform and develop professional administrative tasks. Operations and Management support across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain good interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Share experience within Management Support and Administrative Excellence Competence Centre (MSA CC) and with other relevant units and networks within and outside Brazil.
  • Delivering business support to projects/task forces, event support and organization, business travel arrangements for executives, executive agenda management, meeting organization.
  • Plan and execute internal and external events.
  • Contribute to improvement processes working with Agile and Lean tools.
  • Follow up administrative processes always seeking for improvements opportunities and optimal service deliveries resulting in high customer satisfaction.

For this position, we are also looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
  • 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an Executive Management Business Support role or similar.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experienced within MS Office 365 package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype, Share Point, Teams, Outlook,etc).
  • Ability to work independently and in a complex, fast paced and highly dynamic environment with many contributors and stakeholders
  • SAP and Power BI knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Team player. Strong relationship builder with collaborative skills and a flexible mindset, positive attitude & willingness to learn and transform.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on accurate, high quality and timely deliveries.
  • Digital Mindset and Continuous Improvement Driven.
