Job Description

GP Investments seeks a Planning & Investor Relations intern/trainee for its São Paulo office. This professional will work with other team members in a collaborative and dynamic environment. In addition, they will gain exposure to multiple industries, research techniques, and data analysis tools.

The interns' primary responsibilities are to:

  • Leading and continually enhancing the P&L forecasting process, focusing on expenses projections and associated sensitivities
  • Supporting finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings releases as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with investors
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports for private equity funds' investors and public reports for GP and G2D Investments shareholders
  • Performing special projects and ad-hoc business case analyses determined by the needs of senior management
  • Assisting with regulatory obligations with CVM, Luxembourg, and Bermuda Stock Exchange
Qualifications

Expected graduation:

  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
