Please share a copy of your resume in EnglishThe L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 team.

The ideal candidate will have a development background and be knowledgeable in SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plus.

The L2 engineer will work closely with the Level 1 team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as work with developers to identify root causes and create fixes and improvements.


Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for complex issues that cannot be resolved by the Level 1 teamCollaborate with Level 1 team to troubleshoot and resolve issuesWork with developers to identify root causes and create fixes and improvementsProvide expertise in SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plusEnsure timely and effective resolution of issues to meet 24x7 service level agreementsParticipate in on-call rotation as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a support or development roleStrong knowledge of SQL and GCP, with experience in Blue Yonder, back office retail applications, and/or ETL/batch processing being a plusExperience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex issuesStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environmentNote: Retail experience not required, GCP & BATCH Support required
