What you'll do:

The Marketing Pipeline Manager fills a key role in the planning and execution of marketing strategies.

This is done through the analysis of campaign performance metrics, including responses, MQL, and SQO data, along with a deep understanding of account strategies, prospect and customer personas, and key target segments that make up the Marketing Database.


This role is highly collaborative with different stakeholders responsible for marketing segments, as well as Sales Operations, xDR teams, Product Marketing, Enablement, and the Global Demand Center (GDC) to support global demand generation programs designed to leverage persona and cohort data in order to set KPIs, predict outcomes, execute and measure campaign performance, and make real-time campaign adjustments based on data.

While this role involves managing a lot of data and generating reports, the primary focus is on data strategies that create actionable information for Marketing, Sales, and other teams.

This position requires strong technical skills and is best suited for a Marketer who is passionate about leveraging data to drive campaign ROI and other marketing metrics.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager.

Responsibility

  • Perform detailed analysis of key performance metrics for global marketing teams, programs, campaigns, and tactics
  • Generate weekly reports, scorecards, dashboards, and alerts for Global Demand Center teams
  • Manage and produce actionable marketingbased reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders
  • Drive metricdriven environment
  • Develop and execute plans to utilize our customer data and research data to drive ROI
  • Develop creative ways to communicate messages to our internal global business partners
  • Work with the Global Demand Center (GDC) teams to deliver information to leadership across all country business partners and other stakeholder teams
  • Generate predictive models for marketing planning and attribution
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Drive optimization efforts for lead qualification in support of marketing campaigns
  • Research and develop best practices for reporting and analysis

Job Designation:

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.

(Frequency:

Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation

What you bring:

Basic

  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing data and analysis
  • Fluent English

Preferred

  • Advanced Spanish is an asset
  • Expert knowledge in digital metrics, dimensions and KPIs
  • Strong functional understanding of the marketing funnel, lead scoring, campaign attribution/ROI, customer journey mapping, and sales opportunity funnel dynamics
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential issues and work toward solutions
  • Resultsoriented team player with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and crossfunctional teams
  • Adaptable to changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and execute on tight deadlines
  • Experience connecting paid media tools, CRM tools such as Salesforce and DemandBase, Outbound tools like Outreach
  • Experience with attribution modeling or lead scoring
  • Experience in an enterprise B2B marketing environment
  • Experience with data visualization
  • Experience in data analysis and report generation with Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and Tableau
