Position Overview Who you are:
Eager to challenge the retail norms, create industry-leading campaign strategy and combine best-in-class media skills with industry-leading retail consulting.
You are familiar with how to design, develop, deploy eCommerce retail, sales & operations strategies and services while working in tandem with our eCommerce Media leaders to deliver best-in-class client service.
You will be an end-to-end expert of our eRetail planning, buying, and reporting capabilities, growing strong client relationships and ensuring the health of our biggest client relationships.
Success means bringing and maintaining retail clients in the agencies, with structured teams and healthy margins.Responsibilities Account Management / Operational Excellence Function as eCommerce pod lead in work across small range of clients in support of overall team objectivesResponsible for retail media network and operational performance on partners such as Amazon, Mercado Livre, Magazine Luiza, etc.
Responsible for DTC media & operational performance across Paid Search Engines, Shopping, and other performance-based media tactics as neededRecommend, sell-in, and manage team against key client KPIs to effectively deliver results and establish clear yearly / quarterly milestonesBe proactive in sussing out new opportunities to partner with clients and help grow agency businessDemonstrate speed and storytelling in analyzing retail sales reports and express differences in media metricsActively work to improve pod process and ensure team compliance for the betterment of teamworkPartner with the account Director to design and work toward an account roadmap for each client businessThought Leadership & Partnership Master, identify and communicate trends in retail and client industries that will impact or be relevant to assigned clientsWork to assemble case studies of good work and effective process for sharing to the larger teamDisplay familiarity with media measurement and attribution to inform client KPI setting and expectationsClear POV on the value of eRetail vs D2C and how they partner with other channels to drive success.
