Job Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Director & Partner Manager to join our leading Media Hub, dedicated to marketing and sales media products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the media industry landscape, coupled with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Account Management: Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions leveraging our media products.
  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on utilizing our media products to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, marketing firms, and direct advertisers to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other proactive sales techniques.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, showcasing the value proposition of our media products.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Sales Tracking: Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using CRM software (Preference with Knowledge in RD Station, PipeDrive, or Salesforce).
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales within the media industry, with a focus on Ad tech and sales media products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the media industry landscape, including key players, trends, and technologies.
  • Network: Strong network of contacts within advertising agencies, marketing firms, and direct advertisers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Google Slides, and CRM software.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Results Orientation: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred.
