**Job Description:**

Ampliva is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director/Sales Leader to drive our commercial success and expand our market presence.

This role is crucial in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership within the digital marketing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Ampliva's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to drive sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

**Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated sales experience and leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of performance advertising and programmatic media buying.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its applications in digital marketing.
  • Strong ability to develop and implement a process-driven sales approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desired, but not necessary.
