DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role is responsible for card reconciliations, filing and general processingRequired to reconcile credit card transactions and ensure supporting documentation is receivedDaily revenue reconciliations for all store POS pay typesReview of stores daily reports and raising/resolving all queriesInput cash up revenue figures onto reconciliation spreadsheetVerify cash drops on the online portalVerify cash deposited in the bank accountReconcile card transaction revenue with amounts received in the bank accountInput revenue amounts and reconcile amounts received from Mr D, Uber Eats, Yumbi, voucher, account, cheque and the Pedros appRaise any variance queries with store and operations managementResolve all variancesEscalate variances per the SOP when requiredReview stores daily reports and raise queriesEnsure original cash up documentation is received weekly

REQUIREMENTS:
MatricEither completed a tertiary accounting or finance qualification or in their final year of completion (provided this is part time online studies)Experienced in excel
