Job Description

The Team

The Customer Outcomes team at ServiceNow partners with clients to help them achieve their business objectives by offering customer success services and expert services. The team aims to speed up clients' adoption of the ServiceNow platform, enabling them to realize value quicker, reduce costs, and minimize risks.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Define processes, re-engineer and improve them, and conduct gap analysis of current and future processes during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Create necessary documentation such as workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, and roles/responsibilities.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and recommend solutions with detailed pros, cons, and risks.
  • Foster continuous process improvement through process metrics/KPIs, dashboards, and role accountabilities.
  • Manage and communicate Security process and business requirements to the implementation team to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
  • Offer training and guidance to other team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish and document service strategies, models, tools, and action plans for new and existing Security products.
  • Provide hands-on assistance during the detailed design and implementation phases of security projects.
  • Contribute to enhancing the implementation methodology and service offerings based on feedback and experiences.
  • Help delivery teams in addressing critical issues during projects.
  • Support delivery teams in basic ServiceNow development tasks.
  • Participate in strategic accounts, providing either support or leadership.
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and training to colleagues and partners at ServiceNow.
  • Conduct product demonstrations customized for prospects and existing clients, whether on-site or through virtual platforms.
  • Develop and maintain product service solutions.
  • Assist in scoping engagements with potential clients.
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
  • Stay informed about product updates to create new service solutions.
  • Support Customer Outcomes and Marketing events such as security conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Stay updated on competitive analyses and differentiate between the organization and its competitors.
  • Conduct transition briefings with Sales Personnel, Solution Consultants, and Partners to align commitments and expectations before projects.
  • Travel up to 50% annually.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Thorough knowledge of Networking and Security technologies: SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, breach detection, and threat management.
  • Understanding of various attack vectors and intrusion methods: DDoS, malware, phishing, brute force, APT, etc.
  • Active involvement in industry collectives and contribution to the security community.
  • Experience with security frameworks like NIST 800-61, ISO27035, SANS, STIX/TAXII, OpenIOC, etc.
  • Work experience in a large government or corporate enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with business and technical issues tackled by products, including regulations, security, and evolving business needs.
  • Desired certifications include CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, CEH, GIAC.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing best practice Security processes and proposing solutions from people, process, and technology perspectives.
  • Knowledge and experience with leading security tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, Qualys, Rapid7, or other SIEM and endpoint protection technologies.
  • Solid background in requirements gathering and creating process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements in a Shared Services environment.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence and consult by providing options with pros, cons, and risks, offering thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders.
  • Capability in delivering Capability Assessments in a Shared Services environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, and capability to handle cultural diversity.
  • Proven team player and developer.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Information Technology.
  • Process analysis and improvement skills.
  • Preferably BPM training/certification.
  • Consulting experience is highly valued.
