IT Specialist (m/w/d) – Franchise Hotels - DACH Unsere IT-Abteilung sucht einen engagierten und serviceorientierten IT Specialist (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Franchise-Hotels in der Region Deutschland, Österreich & Schweiz (DACH). Als IT Specialist spielst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Franchise-Hotels bei der Anwendung und Nutzung verschiedener IT-Dienstleistungen, einschließlich Software und Hardware. Dein Hauptziel ist es, die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen und langfristige Partnerschaften mit den einzelnen Hotels innerhalb der Accor-Gruppe zu fördern. Außerdem trägst du zu den Digitalisierungsbemühungen bei und berätst bei zukunftsorientierten Lösungen.
Was sind deine Aufgaben? Betreue ein festes Portfolio von Franchisehotels in der Region Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz (DACH) und fungiere als deren dedizierter IT-Partner.Du berätst und unterstützt die Hotels bei der Implementierung und Nutzung aller IT-Dienstleistungen, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Software und Infrastruktur. Außerdem überwachst du IT-Projekte in der Region und setzt diese umDu koordinierst und managest Dienstleister und fungierst als zentrale Anlaufstelle für das Lieferantenmanagement in deiner RegionDu arbeitest mit den Dienstleistern zusammen, um technische Änderungen und Initiativen in der Region umzusetzenDu arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, um den 1st/2nd Level Support zu überwachen und eine effiziente Ticketbearbeitung durch unser Service Center sicherzustellen Qualifications
Unser ideales Profil wären: Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in der IT, mit Hintergrund in den Bereichen, technischer Support Service Delivery, Systemadministration, or ähnlichen Aufgaben. Idealerweise zudem erste Erfahrungen in der HotellerieAusgezeichnete Serviceorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative, Proaktivität und ProblemlösungsfähigkeitenFließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse.
