We’re Hiring: Senior People OperationsI'm looking for a Senior People Operations professional to own and scale core HR operations in a fast-paced an global online casino. This role is key to ensuring accurate payroll, strong compliance, and a great employee experience across multiple employment models.What You’ll Do:Own end-to-end payroll operations across EOR, PJ, pro labore, contractors, and CLT.Coordinate payroll and compliance with legal, accounting, and external providers.Manage HR systems and tools (HRIS, Slack workflows, Excel & Google Sheets).Handle expatriate operations and full employee lifecycle processes.Administer benefits (medical insurance, NR1 compliance, vouchers, allowances).Manage time & attendance and electronic time tracking.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and leadership.Lead and participate in meetings with global stakeholders in English.Improve and scale people operations processes as the company grows.What Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in People Operations / HR, with strong payroll exposure.Hands-on experience with multiple employment structures (EOR, PJ, contractors).Experience with HRIS tools (BambooHR preferred; Deel is a plus).Strong knowledge of benefits, time & attendance, and compliance.Excellent communication skills.Advanced or fluent English.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in dynamic environments.Nice to Have:Experience in a high-growth startup or global/distributed company.Exposure to international payroll and cross-border compliance.Process improvement and scaling mindset.Why Join:Competitive salary aligned with seniority.Global exposure and interaction with international teams.Opportunity to build and scale People Operations.Fast-paced, collaborative, and transparent work environment.
