Job Overview


We are actively looking for a Website Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in website project management and excellent communication and client management skills.


Responsibilities


  • Plan and organize the workflow of website projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and track project progress against these parameters.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites meet design, functionality, and performance standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in website design, development, and project management.


Qualifications


  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in website management, with a proven track record of successfully managing website projects.
  • PMO, PMP Certification.
  • Proven experience working with Shopify.
  • Charismatic and able to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is preferable.
  • Experience working with American clientele is a plus.
