About usOPPO was founded in 2004 and is one of the global leaders in smart device innovation.OPPO's footprint extends to more than 70 countries and regions, with over 300,000 sales outlets and 3,300 official service centers, where it employs more than 40,000 people dedicated to creating a better life for customers around the world through smarter products and services.We are looking for experienced talents to join us on this exciting journeyResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of Brazil's local IT system implementation plans, ensuring they align with global strategies and requirements.Project Management: Partner with HQ and external vendors to drive system implementation and guarantee efficient project delivery.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with local business units (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to provide operational support, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve user experience and system efficiency.Compliance: Design and implement IT solutions that comply with Brazilian legal requirements, including tax regulations and data protection.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in IT or Finance a related field.Fluent English is mandatory (daily use).MBA in Project Management is a plus. 5+ years of experience in ERP management and implementation, with expertise in Oracle EBS standard modules (CRM/SCM/Finance) and Brazilian localization solutions. A deep understanding of sales, supply chain, and finance operations. Proven ability to lead local system implementations in Brazil.Minimum of 2+ successfully delivered system implementation projects, with multinational project experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify business pain points and design effective solutions.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure to coordinate with HQ on local deployment.
