We are looking for Business Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will:Will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions;Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders;Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization;Develop functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for projects;Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management.Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables;And much better if you stand out for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Desirable Skills:Skills in project management and multidisciplinary teams;Knowledge of SQL;Good communication and organizational skills;Advanced Spanish. >>>What do we offer?
