Sobre a posição

Estamos em busca de um(a) Tech Hunter para integrar o time da Insightful. Esse profissional atuará como parceiro interno do time comercial, recebendo a abertura de vagas conforme a demanda dos clientes e sendo responsável pelo mapeamento, prospecção e seleção de talentos da área de tecnologia.

O foco é garantir a entrega de profissionais tecnicamente qualificados e culturalmente aderentes às necessidades de cada cliente, com agilidade e alta qualidade.

Responsabilidades

  • Atuar em parceria com o time comercial, conduzindo o hunting e seleção para posições abertas por clientes da Insightful.
  • Mapear, abordar e engajar talentos de tecnologia (DEV, QA, SM, PO e outros perfis afins).
  • Utilizar LinkedIn Recruiter e demais ferramentas para busca ativa.
  • Gerenciar múltiplas posições simultaneamente, cumprindo SLAs agressivos de entrega.
  • Realizar entrevistas para avaliação técnica e comportamental, assegurando o fit cultural com os clientes.
  • Manter comunicação fluida com o time comercial e gestores internos.
  • Atualizar e organizar o pipeline de candidatos e relatórios de processo.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Experiência prévia como Tech Recruiter / Tech Hunter.
  • Vivência com LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Histórico em recrutamento de posições de tecnologia (DEV, QA, SM, PO etc.).
  • Organização, agilidade e habilidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas em paralelo.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Capacidade de mapear perfis comportamentais e avaliar aderência cultural.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Campinas 1x por semana.

Desejável

  • Experiência em consultorias de recrutamento ou em empresas de tecnologia.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis.
  • Capacidade analítica para geração de relatórios e indicadores de recrutamento.
  • Experiência no uso de ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para acelerar a produtividade e otimizar entregas em recrutamento.
