We are looking for Business Analyst Senior who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
- Support Business – with process and system questions;
- Follow up critical incidents with Support Team;
- Requirement Analysis – Identify new requirement with Business Owner and Subject Matter Experts, create a business case, translate into detailed user story and upload in Jira;
- Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience;
- Support Business with new capabilities adoption (training material and recurrence communication);
- Monitor Technical Team (IT) activities during the discovery and build phase (Continuous Improvement and new Projects);
- Execute System Test (Xray);
- Support UAT testing with Business;
- Update documentation as Business Process Analysis and SOPs (create new process flows and diagrams);
- Create reports and dashboards to measure OKRs ;
And much better if you stand out for:
- Advanced English and good communication skills;
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis and project management delivering medium- and large-scale projects;
