China Mobile International (CMI) is looking for a driven and versatile Finance Executive who will empower our Finance team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in full cycle of account receivable and account payable.
  • Assists for local Invoices issuance to the customers (Goods, Service, and Telecom).
  • Assists accounting partner for the invoices input & tax statement generation to vendor who provided us with goods or professional services.
  • Assists Treasury team for Loans or Capital Injection.
  • Assists in Bank Statement identification.
  • Assists in filing and requesting for payment regarding property tax.
  • Reviews employee reimbursement applications.
  • Reviews payment applications.
  • Assists assets Control.
  • Other finance and/or tax tasks/projects assigned by Headquarter.
  • Ad-hoc clerical duties.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Tax, or related qualification.
  • 3+ years finance or accounting experiences required, either tax experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines as required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; Mandarin Chinese will be a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
