O que esperamos de você:

  • Experiência prévia em posições de liderança à frente de mais de um contexto;
  • Sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software;
  • Histórico de entregas com impacto real (eficiência, performance, redução de custo ou aumento de satisfação);
  • Conhecimento avançado em arquitetura de software, sistemas distribuídos e metodologias ágeis;
  • Familiaridade com métricas de times de engenharia (DORA Metrics ou similares);
  • Experiência com sistemas críticos e em escala;
  • Habilidade de comunicação clara, objetiva e empática;
  • Capacidade de liderar e desenvolver times diversos, promovendo um ambiente seguro, colaborativo e de crescimento;
  • Visão sistêmica e foco em resolver problemas complexos com inovação e senso de urgência.

  • Liderar times de engenharia, garantindo entregas estratégicas com qualidade e alinhamento aos objetivos da empresa;
  • Atuar próximo a Produto, Design, Segurança e Infraestrutura para garantir sinergia e integração nas entregas;
  • Ser responsável por desenvolvimento de pessoas, feedbacks, mentoring e formação de cultura;
  • Participar de decisões técnicas relevantes, com foco em escalabilidade, confiabilidade e performance;
  • Gerenciar orçamento, riscos e priorizações, com capacidade de adaptação e liderança em momentos de crise;
  • Promover boas práticas de engenharia, cultura de experimentação e aprendizagem contínua.

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior em e-commerce ou ambientes de larga escala;
  • Participação em iniciativas de transformação organizacional ou melhoria contínua;
  • Publicações técnicas, participação em comunidades, eventos ou contribuições open source;
  • Familiaridade com frameworks de segurança (OWASP, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001) e atuação com Security Champions.
