Title: Pleno ServiceNow Developer with ITOM

The ITOM Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT Operations Management solutions using ServiceNow. This role supports transformation programs for clients such as Petrobras and Banco Bradesco, focusing on infrastructure visibility, automation, and operational resilience.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules.
  • Experience with SLO/SLI, DataDog, Azure, and cloud infrastructure monitoring.
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), API integrations, and platform analytics.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management platforms (e.g., BMC, OpenText).
