We are looking for a Sales Consultant to strengthen our ambitious sales team in São Paulo, Brazil. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills In this position, you will belong to the Networks Sales Team.Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.In this role, you will:Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and mapping new business opportunities.Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.Prepare commercial offers and manage contract negotiations to achieve assigned sales goals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits.Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its networking solutions.What we expect of you:Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language, and good English skills (B2 level or higher).Knowledge of and good experience with CRM systems.Experience in customer relations or B2B sales, or strong motivation to build a career in B2B sales with active prospecting.An organized, results-oriented mindset with a challenge-driven personality.Ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities with innovative products from Lithuania.Willing to travel (when circumstances allow).Previous experience selling networking products.What we offer:Salary: We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise.Career: Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.Work model: Hybrid (4 days in person and one remote)Catering benefits: Cartão Caju (Vale Refeição of R$35 per working days + Saldo Livre of R$750 monthly + R$09 per working day), coffee and fruits provided in the office;Health and Well-being Benefits: TotalPass, SESC membership, healthcare, dental care, and life insurance.Teambuilding: regular office celebrations and events that help us to get to know each other better.Caring and supportive team: we constantly seek for our employees to have better leadership while regularly sending our managers to external coaching sessions, conducting annual employee engagement surveys, and other management and HRD initiatives to help our employees overcome bottlenecks and challenges.Teltonika aspires to become one of the global leaders in providing unique IoT solutions that contribute to making people’s lives easier.
