About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Global Quality Manager to lead and enhance our quality management systems across international operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the automotive industry, especially with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and hands-on expertise in driving continuous improvement and product excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the global quality management system in compliance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality performance across global sites and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Oversee customer quality relations with OEMs, ensuring quick resolution of issues and proactive improvement.
  • Promote continuous improvement through tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, and Six Sigma.
  • Define and monitor key quality KPIs and develop action plans to enhance performance.
  • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed quality in every stage of the process.
  • Mentor and develop a global quality team, fostering a high-performance culture.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry—preferably with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Deep understanding of automotive quality systems and methodologies (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.).
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
