About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Global Quality Manager to lead and enhance our quality management systems across international operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the automotive industry , especially with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and hands-on expertise in driving continuous improvement and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the global quality management system in compliance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and ISO 9001 standards.
Ensure consistent quality performance across global sites and alignment with customer expectations.
Oversee customer quality relations with OEMs, ensuring quick resolution of issues and proactive improvement.
Promote continuous improvement through tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D , and Six Sigma .
Define and monitor key quality KPIs and develop action plans to enhance performance.
Manage internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed quality in every stage of the process.
Mentor and develop a global quality team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field ( Master’s degree preferred ).
Proven experience in the automotive industry —preferably with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
Deep understanding of automotive quality systems and methodologies (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.).
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
