About the Position:

If you enjoy selling and achieving your targets, and are seeking an opportunity to grow professionally and stand out, join our team We aim to expand further in the market, and as a Senior Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and forecasting the sales pipeline, acquiring new partners, upselling our services, and collaborating with the entire team.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect to acquire new partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Execute the sales cycle according to the B2B solution sales methodology used by the company.
  • Conduct diagnostics, demonstrations, and presentations of partnership scenarios for WorldEd's services to educational institutions.
  • Be consultative: understand the needs and pain points that led the potential partner to be interested in us to offer the appropriate solution.
  • Make forecasts through pipeline management and forecasting to achieve your goals.
  • Manage and keep the CRM and your sales funnel up to date.
  • Follow up on new partnership opportunities until proposals are closed.
  • Manage your portfolio of partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction and their continuous engagement with our services.


We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in B2B consultative sales within the private education market.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Is fluent in English.
  • Understands the sales funnel, the stages, and the impact of each phase in the evolution of sales opportunities.
  • Can predict results and manage their own goals and indicators.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Is available for travel.
  • Is consultative-focused: we work with relational sales, meaning it's crucial to understand and care about the success of our partners' businesses.

  • International experiences or exposures (academic or professional).
