A vaga será uma contratação Adecco, para uma empresa multinacional (global) atuante no segmento de Tecnologia da Informação.


SOBRE A EMPRESA SOLICITANTE: Organização global de vendas, marketing e serviços na vanguarda da indústria de publicidade digital, que capacita anunciantes em todo o mundo a alcançar seu máximo potencial por meio do ecossistema de marketing digital em pesquisa (SEM); nativo; e programático. Estamos buscando um Coordenador de Contas para apoiar o MSA. O indivíduo neste cargo apoiará a equipe global de vendas de mídia, triando, atribuindo e resolvendo solicitações de tickets recebidas por meio de partes interessadas internas, servindo como ponto de contato para resolver escalonamentos de clientes e partes interessadas relacionados à implementação em massa de otimizações de pesquisa e adoção de recursos.


SOBRE A VAGA:

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar a equipe de contas de vendas em várias tarefas, incluindo (e não se limitando a) criação e análise de Excel, apoiar a identificação de otimizações e análise de contas de clientes, criação de painéis PBi e administração de contas.
  • Construir e fornecer à equipe de contas todos os pedidos de relatórios voltados para o cliente.
  • Trabalhar com equipes de operações para voos criativos e mudanças.
  • Rastrear todas as solicitações usando um sistema de tickets e trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as partes interessadas para concluir tarefas, solucionar problemas e resolver problemas.
  • Seguir efetivamente processos e diretrizes.
  • Revisar a saúde da conta e fornecer recomendações de otimização.
  • Coordenar com membros da equipe para gerenciar a carga de trabalho diária da equipe e os horários.
  • Ajudar a promover a inovação em ferramentas e processos para tornar a equipe mais eficaz e eficiente.
  • Manter-se atualizado com novos lançamentos de produtos e funcionalidades de relatórios.


Qualificações necessárias:

  • Experiência fornecendo suporte em vendas no segmento de marketing digital.
  • Prontidão e capacidade de aprender o ecossistema de marketing digital.
  • Pensador crítico que é organizado e pode tomar decisões com base em prioridades claras.
  • Solucionador de problemas e multitarefa que pode colaborar bem com outras equipes.
  • Companheiro de equipe colaborativo que pode construir relacionamentos de equipe bem-sucedidos com parceiros.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Flexível e capaz de se adaptar rapidamente às mudanças nas necessidades e processos comerciais.
  • Atitude positiva e criativa com forte ética de trabalho.
  • Auto-motivado e disposto a contribuir com ideias.
  • Fluência em inglês e português.


Qualificações preferenciais:

  • Certificação em Publicidade Microsoft ou equivalente.
  • Experiência em usar o Excel para analisar informações, incluindo manipulação de dados, VLookups, criação e uso de tabelas dinâmicas e análise de dados.
  • Experiência no uso de ferramentas do Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBi, Outlook, Word, PPT).
  • Pesquisa / Programática / Display ou experiência de vendas de mídia digital ou serviço ao cliente.
