Are you an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record in the fintech industry? Do you excel at building strong client relationships and navigating complex sales processes? Are you ready to drive growth and success in a dynamic and innovative environment?

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed enterprise sales targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients within the fintech industry, building strong relationships and understanding their unique business needs.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Utilize Pipedrive to manage and track sales activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the sales engineering team to design and present tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


Qualifications:


  • At least 10 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech sector.
  • Extensive experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales processes and the ability to navigate large, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Knowledge of sales engineering principles and the ability to work closely with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
