Principais Atividades:
- Gerenciar a carteira de contas estratégicas da B3 Digitas;
- Apresentar e vender soluções da B3 Digitas para clientes em potencial;
- Preparar e realizar apresentações técnicas para clientes e prospects, incluindo demonstrações de produtos e soluções, treinamento e suporte técnico;
- Desenvolver relacionamentos sólidos e duradouros com clientes existentes, com o objetivo de aumentar a receita e a participação de mercado da B3 Digitas;
- Prospectar e identificar novas oportunidades de negócios no mercado de Ativos Digitais;
- Identificar oportunidades de vendas e desenvolver soluções personalizadas para os clientes.
- Atuar como consultor técnico para clientes e prospects, explicando as soluções da B3 Digitas e como elas podem ser implementadas de maneira eficiente.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os clientes para entender suas necessidades e fornecer soluções que atendam às suas necessidades específicas.
- Elaborar propostas comerciais, negociações e contratos de vendas com clientes;
- Fornecer orientação e suporte técnico aos clientes durante todo o ciclo de vendas e pós-venda;
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de produto e desenvolvimento para garantir que as soluções da B3 Digitas sejam atualizadas e atendam às necessidades do mercado;
- Participar de eventos, feiras e conferências relevantes para o setor de criptomoedas, promovendo as soluções da B3 Digitas e estabelecendo novos relacionamentos com clientes e prospects;
- Estruturação de um time de vendas engajado;
- Desenvolver métricas de KPIs, NPS e outros indicadores para a área comercial;
- Implementar ferramenta de gerenciamento de clientes;
- Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências e novidades do mercado de criptomoedas e finanças.
O que procuramos:
- Experiência de atuação comercial em Big techs,
- Experiência comprovada em vendas de software, soluções financeiras e em ativos digitais, com foco em grandes contas;
- Forte habilidade de comunicação e negociação, habilidade para comunicar efetivamente conceitos técnicos para uma audiência não-técnica;
- Capacidade de estabelecer e manter relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes;
- Habilidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;
Será um diferencial se você tiver:
- Conhecimento sólido do mercado de ativos digitais, blockchain, DLT, web3; criptomoedas e finanças;
- Inglês Avançado/ Fluente para conversação.
